In the Kitchen: Fried Chicken Tacos
Everyone loves tacos, and so do I! One of my favorite taco recipes is a Fried Chicken Taco. This recipe is super simple, easy and can be a quick meal for either lunch or dinner. Check out the recipe I created using ingredients from my local Publix super market. This entire meal is under $25.

INGREDIENTS
2 lb chicken Tenderloins
3 cups Coleslaw
1 cup Coleslaw Dressing
Chipotle Ranch
Flour Tortillas
Crispy Chicken Batter
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Season Salt
¼ Ground Pepper
¼ cup Monterey Jack Cheese
STEPS
Season Chicken and toss in batter.
Pour Cooking Oil over medium heat pan.
Begin to Fry Chicken Tenderloins until golden brown on both sides.
Mix coleslaw and coleslaw dressing in bowl.
Heat Tortillas for 30 seconds.
Layer taco on flour tortilla: (Chicken, Chipotle Ranch, Monterey Jack Cheese, Coleslaw)
