How To: Messy Fishtail Braid

On days where you maybe short on time and need a quick-cute messy hair look; add a fishtail braid to your morning hair routine. I achieved this look using hair extensions by Hair Inc Atlanta from the Indian Mink Collection in 20”. I am using six wefts of the Indian Mink hair extensions installed with clip-ins. Try this messy fishtail braid following the steps below:

STEP 1: Pull all of hair to one side, and separate into two equal sections.

STEP 2: Take a small section of hair from the outside of the left ponytail, pull piece across to the right ponytail.

STEP 3: Take a small section of hair from the outside of the right ponytail, pull piece across to the left ponytail.

STEP 4: Repeat steps 2 & 3 until hair is braided all the way down.

STEP 5: Secure fishtail braid at the bottom with an elastic hair band.

STEP 6: Pull and tug the edges for a looser fishtail braid.
